What we can help with

Online Poker is an independent review and comparison site for online poker rooms. We're not a poker operator ourselves, so we can't process deposits, verify your identity, or access your account on any of the sites we cover. What we can do is answer questions about our own content and process, including:

• Corrections or updates to bonus terms, rake structures, or other details in a review
• Questions about how we rank and score sites like Coinpoker, Bovada, Ignition, and other rooms in our top list
• Suggestions for a poker site or feature we haven't reviewed
• General feedback on the site, including anything that's out of date or unclear
• Press or partnership enquiries related to the site itself

What to contact the poker room about instead

If your question is about an active account, a stuck withdrawal, a bonus that hasn't credited, or a KYC document request, that's not something we can act on — it needs to go through the poker room directly. Every operator we list, including Americas Card Room, Black Chip Poker, and Betonline, has its own support desk (usually live chat or email) built for exactly this kind of issue. Trying to resolve an account problem through a review site will only slow things down.

Before you get in touch, check the terms

A lot of the messages we get are about welcome bonuses that "didn't work as expected." Almost always, the answer is in the fine print rather than a site error. Before contacting anyone, it's worth checking:

• Playthrough requirements — most deposit matches need to be cleared through raked hands before they convert to withdrawable cash, and this can take longer than expected at low stakes
• Time limits — bonuses typically expire after a set number of days or weeks if not cleared
• Eligibility — one bonus per person/household is standard, and some promotions exclude certain states or payment methods
• Minimum deposit and payment method restrictions — some bonus offers only apply to specific deposit types, such as card or ACH transfers

These conditions vary by operator and by offer, so always read the terms on the poker room's own site before you deposit, not just the headline number.

How we handle what you send us

If you flag a factual error — an outdated bonus figure, a rake percentage that's changed, a licence detail that's out of date — we review it against the operator's current published terms and update the page if the correction checks out. We don't take payment from operators to change ratings, add sites, or remove negative points from a review, and that applies whether the message comes from a reader or from the site itself.
