Hi there! I’m Maria Mack – mommy to Alex and Ava, wife to my best friend and husband Ray. Originally a film trained shooter, I shoot film alongside digital to capture ethereal, light, dreamy photography while documenting your love story.
I’m inspired by light, texture, emotions, colors and details….I love details! It has been my attention to detail that has led me to be featured and published on many blogs and publications. I worked as a photojournalist upon graduating from the Art Institute of Philadelphia. Born in Greece, I love coffee, flowers make me happy and I have an obsession with rain boots.
Why film? Although digital has a place during the wedding day, film has a richness, depth and tonality that digital can’t fully capture. It’s classic and timeless. After being a full time wedding photographer for 8 years, reintroducing film has refined and renewed my love of my craft.
It is an honor and a privilege to be able to document one of the most important days of your life, I want to curate a collection of images that you and your family will treasure for many years to come.
